Ivy Hill's 1st Annual "Saddle Up For the Future" Silent Auction & Benefit Concert

Ivy Hill held its 1st annual silent auction and benefit concert on January 19th at the beautiful Indian Valley Country Club. The evening was a huge success and Ivy Hill was able to raise a significant amount of money to help maintain and grow our program.

One of the highlights of the evening was the live art auction featuring local artists Merrill Brown, Louisa Wismer, Ray Overpeck, Sylvia Brunner, Bill Jachwak, Linda Trauger and P. David Rouschenberger. All the artwork featured local scenery in Bucks and Montgomery Counties. Each piece showed the artist's unique talents and perspective. Another highlight of the evening was the wonderful classical piano concert donated by renowned Concert Pianist, Marvin Blickenstaff. The concert included pieces by Debussy, Chopin, Beethoven, Liszt and Gershwin. Not only did Mr. Blickenstaff provide an amazing concert, his background information on each piece of music was fascinating and added a wonderful personal touch to the concert. Guests of the event enjoyed a wonderful dinner, excellent piano concert and had the opportunity to learn more about the program here at Ivy Hill. They also got the opportunity to watch a short video on the services Ivy Hill provides as well as listen to some testimonies about our program.
