VNA Foundation of Greater North Penn Presents Grant to Ivy Hill

The grant will be used to create a new website for the Ivy Hill Foundation that will reflect Ivy Hill’s mission, vision and values, and also serve as a directory of educational and resource information for present and future riders, families and caregivers.
