Our 2nd Annual Golf Classic was held on April 30th, 2007 at the Blue Bell Country Club. Forty golfers enjoyed a morning brunch followed by a great round of golf on Blue Bell's prestigious course. A strong wind again this year helped boost mulligan sales. Prizes and raffles along with a presentation about the work at Ivy Hill rounded out the day. The team of Mel Bwint, Brian Smock, Bob Searles and Mike McGee took the best round of golf award with the lowest score.

Ivy Hill would like to thank all the people and organizations who helped to make this year's event a success. The following organizations sponsored and/or donated items for the event: Duncan Insurance Group, Indian Valley Appraisal Company, RAM Construction, Harleysville National Bank, First Savings Bank of Perkasie, Towers Perrin, Blue Bell Country Club, Landis Supermarkets, Harleysville Insurance Group, Patti Klein Photography, Horizon's Behavioral Health, Golf Etc., Brookwood Dental Associates, TechniPlast USA, Inc., The Foley Insurance Agency, Inc., Justin Stranere of Walter Financial, as well as several donors who wished to remain anonymous.

In 2008, our annual golf outing will be held in the fall. We are looking to continue our partnership with The Blue Bell Country Club and hold the next golf outing there as well. Further details of the event will follow in early 2008.
