bonnie sames scholarship fund

Bonnie Sames was an Ivy Hill Board member and grandmother a child with disabilities who deeply believed that limited financial resources should not prevent any rider from experiencing Ivy Hill’s life changing program. As her life came to a close, Bonnie donated a few shares of stock to create a fund that she hoped would blossom through the ongoing support of others in the Ivy Hill community. Thanks to the generosity of Bonnie and many others over the years, the Bonnie Sames fund continues today, and has assisted over 150 Ivy Hill families since its inception. While Ivy Hill cannot meet all financial needs for every rider, the Bonnie Sames Scholarship Fund allows us to provide assistance to qualified families every year.

Please submit the application and supporting documentation either by emailing it to scholarship@ivyhillequestrian.org or by dropping it off at the facility.

Get a sponsor, get half of the sponsorship!

For any family that gets a new person or business to sponsor an Ivy Hill event, half of the sponsorship amount will become a credit towards lessons for their rider(s). This is a great way to earn free lessons for your rider, while supporting the Ivy Hill program for every rider. Check out our Calendar to look for upcoming events with sponsorship opportunities.
